Rating: 4.1/5 hearts
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 1/4 ounces clementine vodka
- 1 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce passion fruit juice
- clementine or orange slices for garnish
Thoughts: Full of citrus flavor and a hint of passion fruit, this drink “reminds you of an island, the aroma of a tropical breeze and a fresh glass of orange juice.” Although it has a somewhat bitter aftertaste, “Clementine Crush” is a lovely orange infused beverage that’s “fun and fruity” although it doesn’t mesh well with Valentine’s Day theming. Whether you imbibe this while cozying up to that special someone or with a group of friends, it’s a drink to remember.
