Fagbug, Campus Center 2610 7 – 9 p.m.
After Erin Davies’s VW Beetle was vandalized due to the rainbow sticker displayed on the back bumper, she decided to take a 58 day trip around the country in the newly painted car to raise awareness of LGBT rights. She documented her travels in an award winning film and has been traveling around in her car (now covered entirely in vibrant rainbow stripes) to talk to groups all around the country. Her next stop: RIT. Come see the famous car, talk with the award winning filmmaker and show your support for the LGBT community.

Brooks Midnight Tango, Boulder Coffee Co. 100 Alexander St 9 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Passion! Tango! Music! Coffee! What more could you ask for? Stop by Boulder Coffee Co. to begin your tango training or just to watch others as they make their first attempts. Either way, it will be good music and a good time.

Special Performance by Candye Kane, Abilene Bar and Lounge, 153 Liberty Pole Way 8 p.m.
Candye Kane has dealt with the trials of a dysfunctional family, teen pregnancy and pancreatic cancer, but she has used the hardships of her life to her advantage by infusing them into her music. With ten CDs and countless performances under her belt, this award winning blues singer is sure to put on a good show. Stop by and leave feeling inspired and empowered!

Community Quilting Bee Open House, Sibley Tower, 25 Franklin Street 1 – 4 p.m.
As the weather cools, it only makes sense that the more you know about quilts, the better. Start gaining that knowledge here! Not to mention, free refreshments.

Dueling Pianos, Clark Gym 10 p.m. – 12 a.m.
With two grand pianos and two expert piano players trying to outplay each other, there’s sure to be a lot of skill and a lot of fun this Friday in Clark Gym! Prepare to hear everything from 80s classics to Lady Gaga at this an interactive show.

Rocky Horror October, Liberal Arts Lecture Auditorium 7 – 11:45 p.m.
Come join the Rochester Rocky Horror Cast for their monthly performance! Watch as the cast and Tim Curry simultaneously act out the movie both on stage and on the screen. You haven’t seen The Rocky Horror Picture Show until you have seen it live, danced the time warp and thrown rolls of toilet paper around the performance hall.

MAG Birthday Party, Memorial Art Gallery, 500 University Ave 12 – 5 p.m.
Come celebrate the Memorial Art Gallery’s 100th birthday with arts and crafts, museum tours, music and dance performances. And what party would be complete without cake! Take in the beauty of the art while taking in a few slices of delicious, fluffy pastry as well.
